Annual financial statements and year-end closing
At the end of every business year, companies in the Federation of BiH prepare annual financial statements and submit them to the Financial and Information Agency (FIA), together with the annual tax return. Finsoft closes your books, prepares the statements and submits everything before the deadline.

Conversation and quote
We talk through your situation and send you a clear monthly quote, so you know exactly what is included.
Handover
We take over your documents and records — also during the year, from a previous bookkeeper.
Monthly routine
You send documents each month. We post them, run payroll, file returns on time and tell you what is due.
Common questions
When is the deadline for the annual accounts?
The deadlines are set by law and can change from year to year. We track them for you and tell you in good time which documents we need for the year-end, so there is no rush in the last week.
Can you prepare statements for a bank or a tender?
Yes. We can prepare interim or annual statements and confirmations from your books whenever a bank, an investor or a tender asks for them.
